Slightly astringent but made this a clean green tea. The plum notes are strong and do provide a distinctive flavor I have never experienced in a green tea. Not an everyday drink for me but a great once-in-a-while tea.

A really unique taste. The plum flavor was a strong background. As the description says the brew is a golden color and the taste is sweet and very smooth, especially for a green tea.
